The mission is gigantic but the need of the day. We inspite of having all the ‘better’ things in life search for that elusive happiness. Some times a small incident, story, narration, quote can change our lives. Only we have to give direction to our minds and prepare ‘self’ to open the gates to happiness. Happiness is within us – where we never try to find it . Let us all together embark upon this journey to be happy in life.
The change i make this week
Today i will not complain about anything or anyone. i will remain happy , and accept the people and situations as they are.

Happiness, positivity, peace are the need of every individual in today’s fast moving world. Every action in our life is with a motive to bring happiness and peace in life. Still we find hardly anyone who finds himself happy. Why happiness and peace elude us in spite of our best efforts. The answer is simple. Our desire for happiness is genuine no doubt. But the direction of search is perhaps not right.
It is an old saying that we are what is in our habit. But ‘to be happy’ is not in our habit. It is in our list of ‘search for’ items. And truly our whole life is spent searching for happiness.
Happiness is with in us but we don’t know how to find it.
Having been in corporate world for more than 20 yrs, I realise the pains, tensions, stressed up life, the difficult path of success and failures and of course the little joys of life across this long journey. Through the blogs and articles in ‘to be happy’, we want to share the little secrets of life that we learned in our religious discourse with our Revered Guruji that helped us to face the difficult situations, tread the toughest patches of life without cribbing, face head on the challenges and of course enjoy the little pleasures of life.
Yes. We have to train our mind, because mind is the bridge to happiness.
Small changes in self, altering the directions of thoughts, looking at life in a different perspective, understanding how we can be happy can go a long way in making us a happier person in life (without undergoing the mammoth task of searching for happiness).
